Here’s the story, Toddies. For the past year, we’ve been trying everything we can to get a third season going, but haven’t been able to in any traditional way.

You have been patient. You have been vocal. You have been super-cool. You have rallied! You have signed a 11,000 member strong petition!! You have made your own fan sites!!! Your own “Save Todd” documentaries!!! You have embraced the word “Shit Rooster”!!! You have spread the Pure Evil word far and wide!!!!

And YOU, our ever-growing legion of fans, are demanding an ending to the show. SO WE’RE GOING TO GIVE IT TO YOU, in the best way that we can afford to.

We’re going to wrap-up the series with a killer INDIE ANIMATED FEATURE-LENGTH MOVIE called “TODD & THE BOOK OF PURE EVIL: THE END OF THE END.” It’ll feature the same snappy writing, the same awesome metal music, copious amounts of blood and gore and the same actors’ voices our fans have grown to love.

We’re asking our friends and fans to contribute $75,000 that will help us start making our independent animated feature wrap-up. Most of the cast and crew will be working for free or next to nothing, but we want to pay our animators a decent rate for the work they’ll be doing over the next year.

Our Indiegogo campaign features great perks for contributions: HD downloads, limited edition posters, signed character drawings and even a chance to have themselves drawn as a character in the movie. Something cool for every level of support.

Hey Toddies, as the smart, savvy and awesome fans that you are, we wanted to let you in on a little inside scoop about the future of Todd & the Book of Pure Evil.

The good news is that we’re working on putting together Season 3 because we all love the show so much, and NEED to know what happens next. The not-so-good news is that our lead broadcaster SPACE has decided not to renew the show, because their TV ratings weren’t what they had hoped for (all you torrenters bow your heads in shame).

But that’s not the end of Todd! Let’s put our collective energies together and will a third season. With YOUR help we can save Todd! (and possibly the world).

A few amazing fans have already started their own campaigns. Check out our fan-created page on Change.org and sign the petition to get a season 3. Or click here to be part of a video campaign to bring Todd Back.

Todd Invades UK, Season 2 Premieres on FEARnet March 13th

Hey Hot-Toddies,

We’re finally crossing the pond to the UK! Starting March 6th at 10pm, Syfy UK will be premiering season 1 of the series.

It going to be a busy month for the book and it all started with Season 1 finally hitting shelves in the U.S. on DVD. There’s been a lot of great reviews including this one from our friend Harry Knowles at Ain’t It Cool News. Americans can grab their copy on Amazon.com.

Speaking of Ain’t It Cool – Harry Knowles will be moderating a panel about Todd & The Book Of Pure Evil at this year’s SXSW festival in Austin. The panel is on March 12th, so if you’re in Austin make sure you take a break from the BBQ to comes say hi.

The very next day, March 13th, US audience will finally have Season 2 unleashed on them, only on FEARnet. Season 2 is bigger and better than the first so don’t forget to tune in!

For whatever reason, Todd & The Book Of Pure Evil will be taking a hiatus over the holidays while most people are spreading joy and happiness. I know, lame right? Who needs peace and love when you could have blood and destruction?

Anyways – Todd and the Gang will return in January with 7 more killer episodes (literally, our body count is getting ridiculous). Stay tuned for dates and times!

If you are Canadian and have any sense, you probably tuned into the premiere of Season 2 last night on SPACE. From all of us here at TBOPE headquarters, thanks for watching and we hope you enjoyed the manic poopy seniors and the return of your favourite gang.
