The Evil Book Will Return for Season 2
After months of anticipation, we have finally received the official word from SPACE – Todd & The Book Of Pure Evil is coming back for Season 2.

YEAH!!!!! Best news I’ve read all day! Todd And The Book Of Pure Evil is the best show to come out of 2010! Just watched the whole season on spacecast.com, and it blew my mind! Great premise + great writing + great actors = one great show! On to season 2, and from there, seasons 3 – 10! That’s right, I want 10 seasons of this fantastic show! If Smallville can do it, why not Todd! Keep ‘em comin’ fellas!

This is AWSOME news! I have been waiting ever since the show ended to hear about Season 2. I think that Aticus is the pure evil one and all the stuff that happened to him in Season 1 brought out a darker side of him. I also think that Jimmy the Janitor is some sort af gaurdian angel that has been sent to help Todd in his final confrontation.
You are on the right track. Jimmy would be an “angel”, while the parking lot stoners are “demons”. neither have all the answers, which makes Todd’s journey all the more intriguing. However, Todd is the Pure Evil One. He’s the catalyst for a possible apocalypse. that’s why jimmy tells him that you have to be your own dude, instead of having everyone tell him what he is. also, its pointed out when they talk about the traits the book has stolen from Todd(i.e. the homunculus incident, the monster c*ck talks to him, etc.) also, the mark on “The Pure Evil One” is located on his wang…i would hope that Atticus would be able to spot this “mark” on his own junk. but yes, the impending conflict between Atticus & the Satanists vs. Todd and the BPE gang should be quite epic when the time comes. to the creators, thanks for such a bad ass show.I look forward to the next season. (p.s. i like when the town goes dry and todd and the short, black-haired parking lot stoner call each other loser. there are more scenes and dialogue that i enjoyed, so keep up the great work.)
Maybe Jimmy isn’t an angel cause lets face it if they put him near the book it would/could make him evil i think he’s a fallen angel and the duds outside are angels they can’t get near the book and lets face it most of the time angels are forced to be assholes to carry out destiny.(btw anyone else think its werid that Jason Mewes is getting casted in angelish movies not saying that to be rude he is the shit.)
Or maybe the stoners in the parking lot represent destiny, while jimmy is just the wise guy who says make your own destiny

Fucking eh!! I’m definitely looking forward to the second season. I can’t wait for the inevitable fallout that will occur since Atticus got his hands on the Book.
I’d definitely want to learn more about the mysterious stoners that tried to convinvce Todd to kill Curtis.

Awesome! I just got into the series, and want see more! Your series is the best thing since Buffy. I want to keep watching it and see how much better it gets over time.

I think Jimmy is a fallen angle who was like fuck you god, and I think Brody, Rob and Eddie are angles as well but there working with god and this god is not the nice kind he is like the old testament avenging kind, and Todd and the only one who can over throw and save the people of the world. Also the Satanist are also trying to take control and Atticus is the new leader and still goes to the school but the gang does not trust him. In addition Jenny does get her dad home and he basically tells them this entire plot.

So stoked about this… I just caught 1 episode (4) on The Comedy Network and fell in love. Watched the rest of the series online and am totally looking forward to season 2.
I hope they don’t change Atticus from the tragic character he is to someone who is actually evil for the second season, he’s been my favourite character and I’d hate to see a huge change to how he lives his life now that he’s in charge of the Satanists.
Also, am I alone in finding Hannah WAY hotter than Jenny?

I dislike the ambiguous “will be coming back.” Heard it many times and nothing. Would love to see more T&BOPE but need to know at least a general timeframe to keep an eye out.

A very entertaining show. Got into it about half way through it’s run, and have all the episodes saved on my PVR. Great writing, good choice of actors, cool camera angles and shots. I also LOVE the special effects. One of my favorite episodes was the one with the East Indian guy who got possessed by the 1950′s spirit and went on the classic Car Chicken Run to the cliff.
My take, is that so much was revealed in the last episode about what was actually going on that the second season is going to have to open up a whole new chapter and take the plot into an entirely new direction.
but WHEN does the new season start? i want to know? i need new episodes, of my fav tv show EVER!
